Instructions
First, clean your teeth from dirt and saliva. NB! Do not brush your teeth with toothpaste beforehand.
We recommend that you rinse your mouth with water and, if necessary, clean your teeth by brushing them lightly with water only.
Make sure you have dry hands. Open the sachet and take out the strip.
Remove the strip from the foil. Apply the bottom strip first for the best result (use the shortest strip for your lower jaw).
Apply the strip with the gel side to your teeth using a mirror. Connect the strip to your gums and press gently to allow the strip to adhere properly.
Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it in place.
Wear the Whitestrips for the specified time and remove the strips from your teeth afterwards.
Rinse your mouth with water and throw away the used strips.
Repeat this process for several days and watch your teeth get whiter and whiter. Most people see results after 3 days

Our advise:
- Make sure your teeth are completely dry before applying the strips. Saliva between the teeth and the strip ensures that the strip does not stick as well, which makes it less effective. If necessary, pat your teeth dry with a tissue.
- Before peeling the strips from the plastic, fold the strips together with the plastic in half once. In this way, a light fold line will be visible, exactly in the middle of the strips. Now when applying the strip, you just have to make sure that this fold line is exactly in the middle of your teeth. This way gambling is no longer necessary!
- Wash your hands with soap and water after using the strips.
