1. 1. Whitestrips-shop.com declines all responsibility for damage caused by improper use of the products.
   2. Whitestrips-shop.com guarantees that the products meet the specifications indicated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of validity and/or usability.
   3. Deliveries of products are only made on explicit order, unless otherwise agreed between Whitestrips-shop.com and the customer.
      Any unsolicited order cannot be kept by the customer and may be returned free of charge by the latter.
      1. If the customer is responsible for a delivery error, all replacement costs are at his expense.
      2. In the event of an error, the customer must notify Whitestrips-shop.com. If the nature of the product allows it, the customer will keep the goods and documents available to the company. The customer will act reasonably and fairly.
   4. Whitestrips-shop.com will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products and when applying the provision of services.
      1. The place of delivery is the customer’s home address which was last indicated to Whitestrips-shop.com, unless otherwise agreed.
      2. Whitestrips-shop.com will process accepted orders within a reasonable time, but at least within 5 days of the order. In the event of (temporary) out of stock or delay in delivery for other reasons, or if an order cannot or can only be partially fulfilled, the customer will be informed of this no later than 2 days after placing his order. In this case, the customer has the right to cancel the order without any additional cost.
      3. The risk of damage and/or loss of the goods is taken into account until the moment of delivery by Whitestrips-shop.com, unless otherwise agreed.
   5. The amount owed by the customer must be paid 100% before delivery.
      1. The customer has the obligation to immediately report any erroneous information provided. In the case of an incorrect address, Whitestrips-shop.com is not responsible for the loss of the order and the costs incurred.

If you have fewer tapes, you can also return them. You will receive an amount equivalent to the number of tapes returned. The total sum of the refund depends on the variant and the type of treatment.

To calculate your refund amount, you can use the following calculation: refund amount = purchase amount / number of tapes received X number of tapes returned.

If you wish to take advantage of these return conditions, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via this email address [email protected]. Mention in this e-mail that you wish to return tapes. Also indicate your full name, your order references, the date of receipt, the type of strips and the number of strips you wish to return.
2. You will receive an email telling you the tape return address and the amount you will receive for this product. Send the tapes to this address. (Be sure to send tapes in a sturdy envelope and write the address clearly, as we are not responsible for lost returns.)
3. You will receive the refund amount a few days later in your account.

Furthermore:

• Return costs are your responsibility.
• We only accept returns with a value greater than 10 euros.
• Strips must be returned unopened, clean and undamaged.
• Strips can only be returned within 20 days of receipt.
